Congratulations on your pregnancy or new
baby!
As 'Your Doula' I provide support during
pregnancy, birth and after baby is born
to mothers and their families, in
Brighton and Hove, Worthing, and the surrounding areas.
I
completely believe in a woman's natural ability to give birth to her
baby, providing she feels safe, and is given enough time,
support and encouragement from those around her throughout her
labour. In the same respect, if a new mum is given enough support
and care during the first few weeks, she will be more than able to
successfully feed and care for her baby herself. As a doula it is
my aim to provide this vital support, giving the new mum the confidence
to know she can do it!
